Bimetallic Barrels

APPLICATION: Recommended for filled plastics.

  • Bimetal barrels with 10% tungsten carbide alloy.
  • Hardness 60-65 HRC.
  • Excellent wear resistance for processing filled materials.

FX Serie

Hardmetal Barrels

APPLICATION: Recommended for reinforced plastics with 30% filler content or more.

  • The latest generation of wear protection for highly abrasive applications.
  • Hardness 65-70 HRC.
  • High-content hardmetal (40% tungsten carbide) for maximum service life and enhanced
    protection against abrasive fillers.
