PY Series

Bimetal check Valve
(Application: glass fiber reinforced plastics < 40%)

Three-piece check valve composed of a locking ring and pressure ring made of
through-hardened tool steel 1.2379, as well as a reinforced or through-hardened tip
depending on the type. Recommended for processing filled plastics or for applications with very short cycle times.

PS Series

Check Valve made of Powder Metallurgical Material (Sintered Steel) and Tungsten Carbide
(Application: glass fiber reinforced plastics > 30%)

Diameter ≤ 55mm:
· Locking and pressure ring: sintered steel V4 with PVD TiAlN coating (3500 HV)
· Tip: reinforced tungsten carbide hard metal with PVD TiAlN coating (3500 HV)


Diameter > 55mm:
· Locking and pressure ring: tungsten carbide hard metal coating with PVD TiAlN
coating (3500 HV)
· Tip: reinforced tungsten carbide hard metal with PVD TiAlN coating (3500 HV)
