Pneumatic* needle valve nozzle

Description:

This needle valve nozzle’s primary goal is to address leakage issues with low-density thermoplastics like PA, PP, PS, PE, POM, etc., thereby increasing productivity and reducing production costs. It’s also particularly suitable for high-speed machines.

How it works:

During the dosing phase, the needle is pressed against the nozzle bore, blocking the material flow. The nozzle opens upon a signal from the machine, allowing for precise injection. In the event of accidental overpressure, the needle will open automatically.

Application notes:

• Observe the maximum permissible temperature
• The entire assembly must be completed before starting the machine
• Use a lubricant for assembly
• Avoid heating the pneumatic cylinder
