Pneumatic* shut-off nozzle

Description:

This shut-off nozzle’s primary goal is to manage leakage issues with low-density thermoplastics like PA, PP, PS, PE, POM, etc., thereby increasing productivity and reducing production costs. It’s also particularly well-suited for high-speed machines and features low pressure loss. Its simple structure facilitates color changes.

How it works:

During the dosing phase, the piston moves to block and release the material flow. The nozzle opens upon a signal from the machine to enable precise injection. In case of accidental overpressure, the piston will open automatically.

Application notes:

• Observe the maximum permissible temperature
• The entire assembly must be completed before starting the machine
• Use a lubricant for assembly
• Avoid heating the pneumatic cylinder
