LSR (Liquid Silicon Rubber) shut-off nozzle

Description:

LSR shut-off nozzles feature an internal pneumatic system and a cooling circuit, which effectively prevents charring of the LSR. The internal needle effectively stops leakage and reduces material costs and production times.

How it works:

During the dosing phase, the pneumatically controlled needle closes the nozzle tip, blocking the material flow. The nozzle opens upon a signal from the machine to enable precise injection. Additionally, the integrated cooling circuit ensures the LSR remains at the correct temperature in case of vulcanization.

Application notes:

• A specialized technician is required for assembly and disassembly
• Observe the maximum permissible temperature
• The entire assembly must be completed before starting the machine
