Spring-loaded shut-off nozzle

Description:

This needle valve nozzle’s primary goal is to address leakage issues with low-density thermoplastics like PA, PP, PS, and PE, thereby increasing productivity and reducing production costs.

How it works:

The needle is guided by the chamber containing the spring. It opens automatically as soon as the injection phase begins. At the end of the injection phase, the pressure drops, and the needle returns to its closed position, preventing the thermoplastic material from leaking out.

Application notes:

• Observe the maximum permissible temperature
• The entire assembly must be completed before starting the machine
• Use a lubricant for assembly
